1-  Consultancy Process

We will arrange for one of our Fully Qualified and Friendly Consultants to visit your business premises and carry out a Review of your business and its processes relating to the Standards you have chosen.
You do not need to do any preparation for this. Your designated Consultant will ask you questions to gain a full understanding of how your business works. They will then record all the detail needed to create your company's very own Bespoke System Manuals and Procedures along with any other documents required.
The preparation of these bespoke documents is finalised off site. These are then delivered to you, along with any additional documents needed, for you to begin implementing your system in preparation for audit.

2-  Support Process

After this your Consultant will be on hand to support you and your team with the full implementation of your Systems. This support network is there for you and your team, throughout whole process and beyond your Independent Audit from an Accredited Certification Body, which we also arrange for you.
Remember, we also provide a Pro-Active Help-Line, and we will contact you periodically, offering support and advice throughout the whole process. Once we think you are ready for Audit, your Consultant will go through your systems with you and ensure they are properly prepared ensuring your Audit is successful and stress free. Your audit will be in two Stages and carried out by an Accredited Certification Body on a mutually agreed date and time.

3- Audit Process

The First Stage is sometimes carried out 'off site' or 'remotely' and will be a review of all the required documentation. The Second Stage will be carried out on-site and look at the required processes. FIRST MEETING

Our local office in UAE will contact you and arrange meeting with our professional and highly experienced consultant who will explain the iso certification process and details of the benefits for your organisation.

GAP ANALYSIS

On your approval our consultant will make initial assessment of your existing management systems and requirements to meet the international standard and send to our team in UK.

ASSESSMENT

Our UK team will send us back report and suggestions and ask us to complete the information being asked by them to finalize the needs of the organisation in compliance with ISO Standards

DOCUMENTATION FROM UK

Our UK team will prepare documentations which include all documents policies manuals procedures system forms and templates and the paper work required for iso certification process in accordance with the scope of the organisation

PROCESSING

Our local office will receive the complete documentation for the organisation and our local consultant in UAE will work with the representative of the organisation to manage practical work requirements according to the documentation.

IMPLEMENTATION

Our local consultant in UAE will keep working closely with the managers and supervisors of the organisation for implementation of procedures and fulfill all the requirements in compliance with ISO standards.

CERTIFICATION

The documentation needs certification from Third party which is certification body in UK to work for the documentation being prepared and implemented. Our local office will send documentation to UK Accredited certification body to certify the work and jobs done by us and they will review all the documents.

ENGLISH AUDITOR FROM UK

On the satisfaction of the certification body team they will like to check the files practically and will send their own English Auditor from UK who will fly to UAE and certify all the documents and jobs done by us.

It is mandatory requirement to certify the documentation and we ask certification body from UK to provide you high level of satisfaction that we have done perfect job and that'is certified by English Auditor from certification body which are not part of our organisation and their auditor only certifies the documentation if correct according to ISO Standard.

CERTIFICATES FROM UK

The English Auditor will submit report on his work done step by step and certification body needs to be agreed on his report. Once your report is approved you will get certificates of required standards from UK directly by courrier. It assures you that you have got certificates for your organisation from UK and not from local UAE and confirms that we have provided consultacy of high standard to get you certified by certification Body from UK who will issue the certificates .
