 results of customer satisfaction feedback, including complaints
 internal audit results ,non conformance, corrective actions and preventive actions

Analysis

Various monitoring and measurement activities are undertaken to ensure service conformity and to identify potential improvements. We monitor, measure, analyse and where possible improve our processes in order to;
 demonstrate conformity of our work activities
 ensure that we conform to our stated method of quality within the Quality Management System
 Continually seek opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
The effectiveness of the Management System is assessed by a programme of regular internal audits. These are carried out by the designated internal auditors, who are independent of the area of the work being assessed. Audits are planned and conducted so that each of the processes and procedures documented within the Quality Management System are subject to assessment at least once per year.
